Our in-house Quanterix SR-X™ and SP-X™ platforms allow for the ultra-sensitive detection and quantification of protein biomarkers at exceptionally low concentrations.

These platforms enable the simultaneous measurement of multiple proteins within a single sample, offering unparalleled precision and sensitivity.

Quanterix SR-X™

This platform allows multiplexed protein measurement of up to 4 analytes at concentrations as low as 0.1 fg/mL.

Its application extends to neurological biomarkers (Tau, NF-Light, GFAP, UCH-L1, Ab42 & Ab40, etc.), making it a valuable tool for studying conditions affecting the nervous system.

It is a revolutionary approach to immunoassay that utilizes micro-sized beads coated with capture antibodies to isolate and detect target biomolecules in a sample. This technology enables ultra-sensitive detection of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules, with detection limits down to the femtogram range.

Quanterix SP-X™

This versatile platform caters to immuno-oncology and inflammatory biomarkers, including IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-22, and TNFα.

It enables multiplexed protein measurement with up to 10 analytes.

Our experts leverage this platform to detect proteins with an impressive sensitivity at concentrations as low as 10 fg/mL.

This innovative technology employs an array of capture antibodies immobilized on a glass slide to capture and identify target biomolecules. Known as Simoa® Planar Array Technology, its scalability allows for the analysis of hundreds of samples in parallel, making it exceptionally efficient for high-throughput applications.

Customized assays can be developed upon request to measure specific protein biomarkers.
