The European Union is supporting the industrial development of Firalis Molecular Precision's new site in Huningue with funding for the EXOPROD project.
23.07.25
Huningue, France – Firalis Molecular Precision (FMP) announces that its EXOPROD project – “EXcellence Opérationnelle du nouveau site de PROduction” in Huningue – is receiving financial support from the European Union (EU) through the “Fonds pour une Transition Juste” (FTJ) program.
The FTJ is one of the main tools available to the EU to support regions in their transition to climate neutrality by 2050. It will facilitate the implementation of the European Green Deal, which aims to make the European Union climate neutral by 2050.
With a total budget of €2,391,734.54, the project is receiving a European grant of €400,000, which will support a structural investment program for the future of FMP.
EXOPROD aims to equip our new industrial site with innovative, automated, and sustainable production facilities. This project addresses several strategic challenges: relocating industrial activities, supporting the upskilling of our teams in imported technologies, improving our industrial performance, and reducing the environmental footprint of our activities.
This European funding is part of an ambitious industrial transformation initiative, in line with the FTJ’s objectives: to promote a fair and equitable transition for the regions most exposed to economic and ecological change.
Through EXOPROD, Firalis Molecular Precision is strengthening its local presence and actively contributing to economic development and the creation of qualified jobs in the Grand Est region.
Firalis Molecular Precision would like to thank the European Union for its trust, as well as the institutional players who are supporting us in this dynamic of responsible and sustainable growth.
