Firalis Molecular Precision Grant Program
in partnership with Vizgen
Vizgen MERSCOPE® Predesigned Panels
Submission deadline : June 30, 2024.
Firalis Molecular Precision is teaming up with Vizgen to offer a Grant Program, awarding the winner with exclusive access to a MERSCOPE® Platform single-cell spatial analysis project leveraging one of Vizgen’s Predesigned Panels.
As part of this grant, the researcher with the most innovative and impactful proposal will have access not only to cutting-edge technology and MERFISH experiments but also to comprehensive data analysis services.
The Vizgen MERSCOPE® Platform stands as the first and only commercial solution for MERFISH technology, revolutionizing single-cell in situ transcriptomic imaging with its massively multiplexed, error-robust capabilities.
Given the intricacies of this advanced technology, specialized expertise is essential for optimal utilization and interpretation of results. Lucky for you (and us!), our genomics team is more than qualified to harness the power of Vizgen’s MERSCOPE® Platform and our bioinformatics team excels in omic data analysis, ensuring deep insights are extracted from complex spatial transcriptomic data.
Terms and conditions:
- This program is restricted to researchers in Europe.
- Vizgen will provide reagents and Firalis Molecular Precision will conduct MERFISH experiments in our labs and provide expert data analysis consultation and support throughout the whole process.
- The MERSCOPE Predesigned Panels provide curated lists of biologically relevant genes that enable cell typing and investigation of cellular functional states in Fresh Fixed Frozen and FFPE samples. The leveraged predesigned panels include: PanCancer human panel (500 genes), Liver Tumor human panel (400 genes), Immuno-Oncology human panel (500 genes), PanNeuro mouse panel (500 genes)
- The winner will receive MERFISH measurement on 2 FFPE or 4 FF tissue sample replicates.
- If the selected winner wishes to run more slides, they will do so at their own expense (additional reagents and services).
- Samples cannot exceed 1 cm² per slide.
- Deadline for participants to submit a 300-word abstract is June 30, 2024, and winner will be announced and notified in October 2024, after abstracts have been reviewed by an expert committee.
Thank you for your interest in our MERSCOPE Grant Program.
The grant program's submission period ended on June 30, and the results will be announced in October 2024.
